How Tongkat Ali Works
Tongkat ali (Eurycoma longifolia) contains eurycomanone and related quassinoids that increase testosterone through two mechanisms:

- SHBG reduction — decreases sex hormone binding globulin, increasing the proportion of free (bioavailable) testosterone
